DLP Projectors that Interact
The WD385U-EST classroom projector lets you interact with presentations using our ground-breaking interactive pens. Performing the functions of conventional computer mouses, the pens that come with each short throw projector also enable you to draw or write directly on the projection screen or from a distance in Air Mouse mode. Calibration is never needed and no special projection board is required.

Widescreen from a Short Distance
Project big, beautiful images from as close as 22 inches and with an extremely low throw ratio of 0.375. Using built-in optimal optical engine design and a large-diameter lens, these DLP projectors let the presenter move in front of projected images without being disturbed by projector lights. The classroom projector delivers brilliant images with 2800lm high luminosity and 3000:1 high contrast.

Easy Network Connectivity & Remote Operation
The short throw projector features Crestron® Room View compatibility, allowing you to control power/on/off, message display and confirmation of lamp service hours within a network of up to 250 projectors. With a control software-equipped control room computer connected to the LAN, Visual PA messages of up to 350 characters can be projected in real-time throughout the network.

Present slideshows or animation effects without a PC using a USB drive
Using a PTG Converter, PowerPoint files can be converted to a special format and saved on a USB storage device. The DLP projectors can then replay slideshows or animation effects when the USB device is connected. JPEG files saved on a USB device can also be projected.

Lamp Compatibility Information:
Mitsubishi DLP® and LCD projectors have been manufactured to strict specifications and are designed for use with genuine Mitsubishi replacement parts for optimal performance. The lamps used in Mitsubishi DLP® and LCD projectors are critical parts. The factory-provided lamps were specifically designed to meet certain performance, quality, and design specifications. Non-Mitsubishi lamps may not meet those same standards, may not be compatible with your projector model, and/or may not be as reliable and durable as Mitsubishi lamps, all of which may negatively impact the performance and operation of your projector.
Replacement of the factory lamp with, or any other use of, non-Mitsubishi lamps, including but not limited to counterfeit lamps, is strongly discouraged and may reduce coverage under our limited warranty and service policy. To ensure you are purchasing genuine Mitsubishi lamps, click here for a list of official vendors.
