Jan. 29, 2001 — Mitsubishi Digital Electronics' Presentation Products, creator of the industry's broadest line of award-winning projection and conference room display products, today announced the X80 Natural Color Matrix™ Projector, an ultraportable XGA LCD device designed for high-end mobile presentations. The Mitsubishi X80 is the first ever LCD projector that offers the option of displaying images with colors compliant to the sRGB color standard. The sRGB color mode enhances the quality of color reproduction so that images displayed in LCD projectors will resemble the same images when displayed in a CRT-based display device or other sRGB compliant devices.
