IRVINE, Calif., June 9, 2004 –Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America Inc.'s Presentation Products Division, the award-winning, high quality presentation and display products company, today introduced its XL5U Natural Color Matrix™ and SL4SU Natural Color Matrix projectors at InfoComm 2004 in Atlanta. These projectors exemplify Mitsubishi Digital's commitment to its customers to provide a low overall cost of ownership by offering 5000 hours of low-mode lamp life, an increase of up to 66 percent over similar models.

XL5U Natural Color Matrix™
The XL5U Natural Color Matrix™ LCD projector provides XGA (1024 x 768) resolution and blasts 1700 lumens of power from the new long-life lamp, bright enough for the most demanding lighting environments. Compact and weighing only 5.4 pounds, this projector is easy to move and carry to any meeting, whether in-house or on the road.
SL4SU Natural Color Matrix™
The SL4SU Natural Color Matrix™ projector follows the path of Mitsubishi's SL4U Natural Color Matrix™, one of the company's most successful projectors. The new SVGA (800 x 600) resolution projector boasts 1700 lumens in a 5.4-pound package, along with Natural Color Matrix™, Mitsubishi's proprietary color accuracy algorithm.

Availability, Warranty
Estimated street price of the new XL5U Natural Color Matrix™ is $2,995 and, like the SL4SU Natural Color Matrix™, is currently available through authorized Mitsubishi dealers. Both projectors are protected by Mitsubishi's exclusive three-year limited warranty on parts and labor plus a 90-day limited warranty on the lamp. Like all Mitsubishi XGA Natural Color Matrix™ projectors, the XL5U Natural Color Matrix™ is covered by the Express Replacement Assistance (ERA) Program, an award-winning nationwide comprehensive service program provided for units under warranty that offers next business-day replacement for down units.
